All plans are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum term. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you can cancel earlier than that too, with 20 business days' written notice — a reasonable cancellation charge may apply. After the initial 12 months, it's cancel-anytime with the same notice. Monthly content updates are included; larger changes, new pages, and new functionality are quoted separately. Prefer a different domain extension? Available on request — cost depends on that registrar's price.

Before you ask
Nothing is charged upfront on this site. Once we've spoken and you're happy with the offer, I'll send you payment details directly — setup fee first, then the monthly care plan once your site is live.

Monthly content updates are already included — up to 30 minutes of work covering text changes, image swaps, and contact detail updates. Bigger changes — new pages, new features, a redesign — are quoted separately before any work starts, so there's never a surprise bill.
