1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Mononyane Dev ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through mononyanedev.co.za, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you submit the quote request form, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, plan of interest, and any details you share about your project. We don't collect payment information through this site — that's arranged directly once you agree to a plan.

- To follow up about a plan you've shown interest in
- To deliver and support a website you've commissioned
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Quote form submissions
Quote requests are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your submission to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to how your data moves through their platform — you can read their policy at formspree.io.
5. Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that measures overall visits and page views without tracking individual visitors or storing personal data in cookies.
This site also uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site — such as which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them. Google Analytics may collect information like your approximate location, device and browser type, and browsing behaviour on this site. Google Analytics only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — it does not load before that choice is made. 6. How long we keep your information
If you become a client, we retain your details for as long as needed to deliver and support your website. If you don't proceed, we keep your inquiry only as long as reasonably necessary to follow up, and remove it on request.
